Our mission is to provide valued learning experiences, which makes a difference to the quality of human resources. Children are imparted foundation for the preparation of formal education, later on emphasis is laid on the development of child’s intellectual, emotional, aesthetic and social aspect of personality. The children are offered ample opportunities for learning by doing and their individual progress is monitored closely.
Education at all levels is also viewed today as acquisition of skills not mere bookish knowledge . The curriculum includes in it a variety of activities that impart skills leading to the basis of a career later on. It is with this purpose that activities such as Quiz, Debate, Declamation, Calligraphy, Group Discussion, Sports, Cultural Activity etc. are included . Children are encouraged to be analytical and expressive to realise our mission. A well-built infrastructure is provided to the students. The school has well furnished Physics lab, Chemistry Lab, Bio lab & Computer lab.
PPS sets extremely high standard of academics. Students of the age group 13 to 16 years are emerging as curious youth adolescence. They need plenty of academics simulation and intellectually challenging material. The foundation of social learning laid here sets the stage for academic success. In the senior year 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th are career going classes. There is an emphasis on learning by doing especially in Science & Maths. Students are provided with strategies and the key to success in board examinations that help them to plan better and study smarter.
To strength the link between school and parents PPS has initiated to visit home by school Principal with teachers. It will build a very effective and a strong bond between school and home as well as between teachers and the students. In an effective partnership, there is consistency of communication between the school and the home. So PPS will try to visit the home and solve the various problems of the students.
